Customers will only receive airtime on the number they have registered with.

Airtime voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Kimfay are not responsible for any loss of the voucher

Badly scratched vouchers will not be exchanged.

Customer can redeem a maximum of 2 vouchers per mobile no.

This promotion is a shopper promotion and Kimfay employees, Retailers, Wholesalers or Distributors are not allowed to participate in the promotion.

The promotion is valid till 15th December 2020.

There will be no extra charges if redemption is done online.

Proof of purchase maybe be required for verification purposes.

Any disputes in voucher will be subject to Jurisdiction of Nairobi court only.
